Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přípravy standardů. Cílem práce bylo připravit tři nečistoty, které jsou specifikované v lékopisech. Jednalo se mofetil N-oxid, který je degradační produkt vznikající oxidací mykofenolátu mofetilu. Dále o cyklosporin V, který je nečistotou doprovázející výrobu cyklosporinu A. Abstract:
This thesis deals with preparation of standards. The aim was to prepare three impurities, which are specified in the pharmacopoeias. It is mofetil N-oxide, which is a degradation product arising from oxidation of mycophenolate mofetil. The second was cyclosporine V, which is impurity accompanying the production of cyclosporin A.
