Comparison of the Financing Possibilities of Movable Property in Case of Slovakia Citizen Through the External Sources.

Abstract:

Bachelor work, which is called Comparison of the financing possibilities of movable property in case of Slovak citizens trought the external sources. This work is dedicated acquisition financial source using selected financial institutions and non-banking companies, their characteristics, clarification of terms and subsequent comparison of selected offers. The aim of work is presented the theoretical foundations and the possibility of obtaining funds to finance the purchase of movable property. Analyze and compare options acquisition movable property in Slovak Republic. The bachelor work is divided into the three parts. The first part discusses the theoretical issues page. It is mentioned the concept and it is introduced a bank short history. Work is continued to describe present in the banking sector and offered her services. It has not forgotten the analysis and comparison of possible acquisition of movable property in Slovak Republic, which is described in the second part of which was also it is main objective. In the third part it is looked at the advantages and disadvantages of selected offers financial institutions and non-banking companies. In conclusion, work is presented the best offer and the reasons for the client's in current situation and with existing products that were offered.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca pod názvom Porovnanie možností financovania nákupu hnuteľného majetku u občanov SR prostredníctvom externých zdrojov je venovaná nadobudnutiu finančného zdroja za pomoci vybraných finančných inštitúcií a nebankových spoločností, ich charakteristík, objasnenie pojmov a následnému porovnaniu vybraných ponúk. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je prezentovať teoretické základy a možnosti získania zdrojov na financovanie nákupu hnuteľného majetku. Analyzovať a porovnať možnosti nadobudnutia hnuteľného majetku v Slovenskej republike. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na tri časti. V prvej časti sú rozoberané teoretické stránky problematiky. Spomenutý je pojem banka a je uvedená krátka história. Naďalej je opisovaná súčasnosť v bankovej sfére a vzťahujúce ponuky služieb. Neobišlo sa ani bez analýzy a porovnania možností nadobudnutia hnuteľného majetku v Slovenskej republike, ktoré je rozoberané v druhej časti čo je hlavným cieľom. V tretia časť je venovaná výhodám a nevýhodám vybraných ponúk finančných inštitúcií a nebankových spoločností. V závere je následne prezentované najvýhodnejšia ponuka a odôvodnenie pre klienta z jeho súčasnej situácie a momentálnych produktov, ktoré boli ponúkané.
