Spectrum of winter wheat pathogens in a selected location of the South Moravian Region

Abstract:

Pšenice ozimá je nejpěstovanější zemědělskou plodinou v České republice. Kvantitu a kvalitu výnosů ovlivňují produkční faktory, které se dělí na určující, limitující a redu-kující faktory. Tématem práce je jeden z redukujících faktorů, a to výskyt patogenů pšenice ozimé Blumeria graminis f.sp. tritici a Zymoseptoria tritici na odrůdách IS Agilis, IS Laudis a Viriato. Pokus se odehrál na lokalitě Moravské Budějovice roku 2019. Jak u patogenu B. graminis f.sp. tritici a Z. tritici byla nejvyšší intenzita napadení u odrůdy IS Agilis. Septoriová skvrnitost se vyskytovala na mnohem větší části porostu než padlí pšenice. Odrůda IS Agilis dosáhla středně silné úrovně napadení, odrůda Vi-riato slabé úrovně napadení, a odrůda IS Laudis po celou dobu pozorování nepřesáhla hranici velmi slabé úrovně napadení. Padlí pšenice u všech odrůd nepřesáhlo velmi slabou úroveň napadení.

Abstract:

Winter wheat is the most cultivated agricultural crop in the Czech Republic. The quantity and quality of yields is influenced by production factors, which are divided into determining, limiting, and reducing factors. The thesis is focused one of the reducing factors, namely the occurrence of winter wheat pathogens Blumeria graminis f.sp. tritici and Zymoseptoria tritici. Winter wheat varieties used during the experiment were IS Agilis, IS Laudis and Viriato. The experiment took place near Moravské Budějovice in 2019.IS Agilis was the most affected variety by B. graminis f.sp. tritici and Z. tritici. Septoria leaf spot was more serious threat than wheat powdery mildew. IS Agilis variety reached a medium level of infestation, the Viriato variety a low level of infestation, and the IS Laudis variety did not exceed the very low level of infestation throughout the observation period. Wheat mildew did not exceed a very low level of infestation in all varieties.
