Evaluation of absorptive capacity of seleceted regions within region operation programs in the Czech republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním zhodnocením absorpční kapacity vybraného regionu v rámci regionálního operačního programu Střední Morava. V oblasti teoretické části se zaměřím na popis regionální politiky na úrovni České republiky a Evropské unie, legislativu regionální politiky, komparaci regionálních operačních programů v České republice a poukázání na regiony se soustředěnou podporou státu. V praktické části provedu popis roz-vojových oblastí, dále na ni navazující socioekonomickou analýzu regionu Střední Morava, která bude založena na indikátorech výchozích pro analýzu prioritních os 1. Doprava a 2. Integrovaný rozvoj a obnova regionu, kde budu vycházet z komparace získaných dat, pro-jektových žádostí a promítnutí těchto žádostí v geografickém informačním systému. V závěru práce vyhodnotím analýzu současné situace a navrhnu doporučení na zlepšení stávající situace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the actual assessment of the absorption capacity of the selected re-gion within the regional operational programme of Stredni Morava region. In the theoretical part I will be aimed in the description of the regional policy in the level of the Czech Republic and of the European Union, in the legislature of the regional policy, comparison of the regional operational programmes in the Czech Republic and pointing to the regions with the concentrated government support. In the practical part I will describe the develop-ing regions, further I will make the pertinent social-economic analysis of the region Stredni Morava, which will be based in the initial indicators for the analyses of the priority issues, firstly the Transport and, secondly the Integrated development and renewal of the region, where I will go out from the comparison of the acquired data, project applications and the reflection of these applications in the geographic information system. At the close of the work I will evaluate the analyses of the present situation and suggest recommendations for enhancement of the present situation.
