Tématem této bakalářské práce je individuální výkonnost a týmová spolupráce v posádce ZZS. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy definující zdravotnickou záchrannou službu, charakteristikou a náplní práce členů výjezdových skupin, jejich spoluprací a faktory ovlivňující týmovou spolupráci. Subject of this bachelor thesis is individual performance and team cooperation in rescue service crew. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part we can find definitions of rescue service crew, its job descriptions and characteristics.
