Abstract:

Diagnostická hodnota klinického dotazníku KON 2006 ve srovnání s metodou PSSI Tato práce pojednává o klinickém dotazníku neurotické osobnosti KON 2006, v teoretické části obecně a v praktické části je tento dotazník korelován s dotazníkem PSSI. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy z oblasti neuróz a psychodiagnostických metod, starší a současné koncepce neuróz, klasifikaci neuróz dle MKN-10, testové metody, jejich vlastnosti, konstrukci a klasifikaci; a základní přehled používaných symptomatických neurotických dotazníků a dotazníků neurotické osobnosti. Poslední dvě kapitoly teoretické části obsahují popis a teoretické zakotvení testů KON 2006 a PSSI. Empirická část se zabývá psychometrickým srovnáním klinického dotazníku KON 2006 s metodou PSSI, začíná představením cílů výzkumu, formulací hypotéz, charakteristikou zkoumaného souboru a představením metod. Na tyto základní údaje navazují výsledky výzkumu, celkové korelace testů KON a PSSI, průměrné hodnoty testu KON 2006 české populace, rozdíly mezi muži a ženami a dvěma věkovými skupinami. Dále jsou uvedeny výsledky faktoru neurotické dezintegrace osobnosti XKON, porovnání české a polské populace, užití testu KON v klinické praxi. Empirickou část uzavírá diskuze a závěr. Součástí práce jsou i přílohy, ve kterých je plné znění testů KON a PSSI, psychometrické vlastnosti škál a jednotlivých položek testu KON a tabulka korelací a hypotetických korelací testu KON a PSSI.

Abstract:

Diagnostic value of clinical Neurotic Personality Inventory KON 2006 in comparison with PSSI method. This thesis discourses about clinical Neurotic Personality Inventory KON 2006, in theoretic part generally and in empiric part is this inventory in correlation with PSSI inventory. In theoretic part are mentioned basic terms of area of neuroses and psycho diagnostic methods, older as well as recent concepts of neuroses, MKN-10 classification of neuroses, test methods, character, construction and classification of tests; and basic view of neurotic symptoms inventories and neurotic personality inventories. Last two chapters content description and theoretical fundamentals of KON 2006 and PSSI. Empiric part deals with psychometric comparison clinical inventory KON 2006 with PSSI method, it begins with introduction of aims of research, formulation of hypotheses, characterizing the examined group and introduction of methods. This basic specification continues with results of research, overall results of correlations between KON 2006 and PSSI, mean values in test KON 2006 of Czech population, differences between men and women and two different age groups. Next are brought out the results of Factor of Neurotic Personality Disintegration XKON, comparison of Czech and Polish population and usage of the KON in clinical practice. Empiric part is closed by discussion and conclusion. Component parts of this work are supplements which are containing full versions of KON and PSSI tests, psychometrical values of scales and particular items of test KON and correlations table and hypothetical correlations table of KON and PSSI.
