Handling medicines by crews of ambulance

Abstract:

Obsahem této práce je seznámení s aktuální podobou systému zdravotnické záchranné služby a jejími výjezdovými skupinami, s kompetencemi zdravotnického záchranáře, s farmakoterapií urgentních stavů a rizik s ní spojených a s nejčastěji podávanými léčivy v posádkách rychlé zdravotnické pomoci po telefonické konzultaci s lékařem. Prvním cílem bylo zhodnocení znalostí zdravotnických záchranářů v oblasti nejčastěji podávaných léčiv po telefonické konzultaci s lékařem a druhým cílem bylo zmapování dostupnosti léčiv ve vozech rychlé zdravotnické pomoci napříč Českou republikou a možnostmi léčby v tomto režimu.

Abstract:

The content of this Thesis is to make the reader acquainted with the system of medical rescue service and its flying groups, with the authority of medical rescuers, with pharmacotherapy of urgent conditions and related risks and with medicines most often administered by the medical assistance crews after consultations with physicians over the telephone. The first target was to assess the knowledge of medical rescuers regarding the most often administered medicines after consultations with physicians over the telephone and the second target was to map the availability of medicines in vehicles of rapid medical assistance across the Czech Republic and options of therapy in this mode.
