The Legal Rules of Selfgovernment and Silent Hours
Abstract:
Text se zabývá právotvorbou územní samosprávy a hranicemi její samostatné působnosti, přičemž hlavním cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda-li dnes mohou obce vydat úspěšně vyhlášku o ochraně nočního klidu a omezovat tak podnikatele a nepodnikatele při jejich činnosti.
Abstract:
The text deals with law-making by territorial self-government and with limits of separated powers, while the main objective of the thesis is to answer the question whether municipalities can succesfully regulate silent hours under their generally binding ordinances and restrict entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs on their activities.
