Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-aplikační, a je zaměřená na substituční léčbu, roli sociálního pracovníka v tomto léčebném procesu a přínosy pro klienta, jenž z toho plynou. Teoretická část práce pojednává o sociální práci s uživateli drog a jejích specifikách, cílech a nabídky adiktologických služeb v České republice. Jako další uvádím přehled a rozdělení opioidů, jejich dopad na lidský organismus a s tím související nežádoucí účinky. Poslední teoretická kapitola popisuje samotný léčebný proces substituční léčby, její cíle, typy, substituční látky, kdy je indikována a kdo disponuje potřebnými kompetencemi. Aplikační část práce je zaměřena na komparace kazuistik, jež korespondují se spisovou dokumentací z jednotlivých zařízení. Na základě získaných informací z analýzy těchto kazuistik a následné komparace budu vyvozovat závěry, jakým způsobem je zapojení sociálního pracovníka přínosné pro klienta.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is designed as a theoretical and applied one, and is focused on substitution therapy, the role of the social worker in this treatment process and the benefits for the client that resulting from it. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with social work with drug users and its specifics, goals and offer of addiction services in the Czech Republic. Next, I present an overview and distribution of opioids, their impact on the human body and related side effects. The last theoretical chapter describes the therapeutic process of substitution treatment itself, its goals, types, substitution substances, when it is indicated and who has the necessary competencies. The application part of the work is focused on the comparison of case reports that correspond with file documentation from individual facilities. Based on the information obtained from the analysis of these case reports and the subsequent comparison, I will draw conclusions on how the involvement of a social worker is beneficial for the client.
