Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast daňové správy. V první části práce jsou popsány a vysvětleny základní pojmy a instituty, které s ní souvisejí. Předmětem dalších částí práce je porovnání zákona o správě daní a poplatků s daňovým řádem, který nabyl účinnosti ke dni 1. 1. 2011.
Abstract:
Master's thesis is focused on the field of tax administration. In the first part there are described and explained related basic concepts and institutes. The subjekt of another master's parts is comparison of Act of Administration of Taxes and Fees and Tax Regulations which entered into force on the date of 1. 1. 2011.
