Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Sociální služby pro pachatele a oběti trestných činů" řeší problematiku sociálních služeb určených pro tyto dvě cílové skupiny. Sociální služby v ČR pomáhají různým cílovým skupinám v náročné životní situaci. V této práci je řešena pomoc obětem a pachatelům trestných činů. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat, které sociální služby v ČR zajišťují pomoc pachatelům trestných činů a jejich obětem. Dílčím cílem 1 je zjistit, zda jsou poskytované sociální služby v ČR pro tuto specifickou sociální skupinu dostatečné. Dílčím cílem 2 je zjistit, jaké potřeby a problémy mají oběti trestných činů. Dílčí cílem 3 je zjistit příčiny a důvody, které pachatele a oběti vedou k vyhledávání pomoci sociální služby. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je nejprve zaměřena na obecné pojetí sociálních služeb v ČR. Stěžejní jsou v bakalářské práci dvě kapitoly, kdy jedna popisuje nejdůležitější premisy představující pachatele trestných činů a druhá se věnuje jejich antagonistické skupině, tedy obětem trestných činů. Ve zpracování tohoto tématu je potom potřeba zmínit i postavení, cíle a pomoc, kterou poskytuje Probační a mediační služba ČR, která není sociální službou, ale službu pro vybrané pachatele a oběti dozajista plní. Praktická část prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s odborníky na tyto dvě cílové skupiny odpovídá na výzkumné otázky, které byly stanoveny k naplnění vytýčených cílů bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Social services for perpetrators and victims of crimes" deals with the issue of social services intended for these two target groups. Social services in the Czech Republic help various target groups in difficult life situations. This work deals with helping victims and perpetrators of crimes. The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to map which social services in the Czech Republic provide assistance to perpetrators of crimes and their victims. Sub-goal 1 is to find out whether the social services provided in the Czech Republic are sufficient for this specific social group. Sub-goal 2 is to find out what needs and problems victims of crime have. Sub-goal 3 is to find out the causes and reasons that lead offenders and victims to seek help from social services. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is first focused on the general concept of social services in the Czech Republic. Two chapters are crucial in the seminar work, where one describes the most important premises representing the perpetrators of crimes and the other is dedicated to their antagonistic group, i.e. the victims of crimes. In processing this topic, it is also necessary to mention the position, goals and assistance provided by the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic, which is not a social service, but certainly fulfills a service for selected offenders and victims. The practical part, through a semi-structured interview with experts on these two target groups, answers the research questions that were set to fulfill the goals of the bachelor's thesis.
