Tato práce se zabývá odlišným pojetím spravedlnosti, svobody a státu u Johna Rawlse a Roberta Nozicka. Cílem této práce je porovnání a analytický rozbor odlišných koncepcí spravedlivě uspořádané společnosti, včetně odlišného chápání svobod jedinců a odlišného pojetí distribuce.
