Challenging situations and burnout syndrome
Abstract:
Zaměřila jsem se na vznik a průběh syndromu vyhoření a také na to, co syndrom vyhoření znamená. Data jsem zpracovávala pomocí zvolené literatury odborníků a dotazníkem pro pedagogy jako ohroženou skupinu syndromem vyhoření. Vyhodnocený dotazník jsem porovnala s názory odborníků a zjistila, že pedagogové si syndrom vyhoření uvědomují a bojují proti němu jako jedinci samotní. Přínos práce by měl být …more
Abstract:
I focused on the origin and progress of the burnout syndrome and what this syndrome means as well. I worked out the data using specialized literature and a questionnaire for pedagogues as a group threatened by the burnout syndrome.
