Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou právní předpisy obcí. V teoretické části je nejdříve popsáno zařazení obcí do výkonu veřejné moci. Následuje téma o právním postavení obcí, které je dáno občany, územím a samosprávou, a tématika právních předpisů obcí a druhy.
