Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem nového modelu dopravního systému a koordinací železniční a autobusové osobní dopravy v úseku mezi městy Písek a Ražice. Na sledovaném úseku je analyzován stávající stav jak železniční, tak i osobní dopravy. Součástí práce je i analýza a popis dopravní infrastruktury silniční i železniční dopravy, charakteristika dopravců, kteří zde poskytují přepravní služby, jízdních řádů a také seznam a popis autobusových linek, které kopírují železniční dopravu. Samotný návrh nového modelu dopravního systému se nachází v šesté kapitole této práce. Tato kapitola se zabývá návrhem nových spojů, případně zrušením takových spojů, které jsou zbytné, a celkovou koordinací autobusové se železniční dopravou. Poslední kapitola řeší ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu. V závěru jsou definovány nejpalčivější problémy a jejich možná řešení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a new traffic system model and co-ordination of railway and bus passenger traffic in the section between towns Písek and Ražice. The current state of both railway and passenger traffic is analyzed in the monitored section. Part of the thesis is the analysis and description of the railway and road infrastructure, the characteristics of the carriers providing passenger transport services, their schedules and a list of the bus lines (with description) parallel to the track. The very design of a new model of the transport system is found in the sixth chapter of this document. This chapter deals with the design of new traffic lines, or canceling of useless ones and the overall co-ordination of bus and railway traffic. The last chapter deals with the economic evaluation of the proposal. The most problematic issues and their possible solutions are defined in the end of this document.
