Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na moderní trendy v zacházení s pachateli trestných činů. Pojednává o alternativních trestu, o jeho druzích a vývoji. This Bachelor thesis is focused on modern trends in the treatment of criminals. It also explains alternative penalties, it’s types and progress.
