Leadership and its application in terms of specific company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vedení lidí a skládá se ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní klíčové pojmy, motivační teorie a další důležitá východiska. Cílem analytické části je realizace kvalitativního výzkumu v konkrétní společnosti, dále zpracování získaných dat, vyhodnocení výsledků a návrh doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu.
Abstract:
This bachelor?s thesis is dedicated to problems of leadership and consists of two parts. The theoretical part explains the key terms, theories of motivation and other important bases. The purpose of the analytical part is the realization of qualitative research in specific company, processing of obtained data, evaluation and to suggest recommendations to improve the present situation.
