Effectiveness of the instruments of communication mix of Roudnice nad Labem

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnocení využití nástrojů komunikačního mixu ve městě Roudnice nad Labem. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část představuje marketing a jeho využití pro obce. Je zde definován komunikační mix obecně tzv. základní 4P a komunikační mix obce, které je rozšířeno o další nástroje pro využití ve veřejné správě 8P. Následně je představena obec Roudnice nad Labem, její vedení a současné marketingové aktivity. V praktické části je vyhodnocení dotazníku, který je přílohou této bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an evaluation of communication mix usage in Roudnice nad Labem. The bachelor thesis is devided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of this thesis introduces marketing and its use for municipalities. The communication mix is defined generally via so called basic 4P and municipality communication mix, which is extended by another tools for public administration use so called 8P. Furthermore there is the introduction of town Roudnice nad Labem, its leadership and contemporary marketing activities. The practical part brings results and evaluation of the questionnaire, which is attached to this bachelor thesis.
