Rationalisation of the Cartonnage Process Using Dynamic Simulation

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení funkčního praktického layoutu nové výrobní haly ve společnosti Tridas, s.r.o. a je složena ze dvou částí. Prví teoretická část práce je zaměřena na průmyslové inženýrství, včetně pár vybraných metod, Lean management a štíhlou výrobu, Industry 4.0, metodiku vytváření layoutů, uspořádání pracovního prostředí, důraz na bezpečnost i ochranu na pracovištích. Druhá praktická část této diplomové práce je založena na analýze současného stavu výrobní haly vybrané společnosti. Na tomto základu byla nejprve vypracována technická dokumentace nového rozvržení pracovních prostor, která byla následně převedena do modelovacího prostředí a plně nasimulována v programu od společnosti Siemens Tecnomatix PlantSimulation. Výsledná data byla porovnána se současnou výrobní halou a finančně vyhodnocena.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to design a functional and practical layout of the new production hall in Tridas, LLC. and it consists of two parts. The first theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the industrial engineering, including a few selected methods, Lean management and lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, layout design methodology, workplace layout, emphasis on the safety and the security in the workplace. The second practical part of this thesis is based on the analysis of the current state of the production floor of the selected company. On this basis, technical documentation for a new work area layout was first developed, which was then transferred to a modelling environment and fully simulated in Siemens Tecnomatix PlantSimulation software. The resulting data was compared with the current production hall and financially evaluated.
