Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá pracovním výkonem a jeho determinanty. Její rozdělení je na teoretickou a praktickou část. Předmětem práce je analýza systému hodnocení pracovního výkonu. Teoretická část nejprve předkládá po-třebné definice pracovního výkonu. Dále se zaměřuje na významnost personál-ní práce ve spojení s následnými determinanty pracovního výkonu. This bachelor thesis deals with work performance and its determinants. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. Subject of this work is performance evaluation system analysis.
