V úvodu se práce zabývá především objasněním cíle, použitými výzkumnými metodami, aktuálností zvoleného tématu a charakteristikou současné situace, ve které se nacházejí absolventi, kteří jsou následně předmětem praktické části bakalářské práce. In the introduction, the thesis deals primarily with clarifying the objectives, research methods used, the timeliness of the chosen theme, characteristic of the current situation where there are graduates as a subject of the practical part.
