Analysis of Office for the Protection of Competition activities concerning the oligopolies competition
Abstract:
Předmětem práce je analýza aktivit Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže v prostředí oligopolního trhu, zhodnocení potřeby a účinnosti této činnosti směřující k ochraně hospodářské soutěže. Cílem práce je popsat a objasnit roli Úřadu jako nositele politiky ochrany hospodářské soutěže na trhu v České republice a v rámci Evropské unie. Oligopolní trhy jsou pak podrobeny detailnější analýze.
Abstract:
The objective of the submitted thesis is to analyze activities of the Office for the Protection of Competition (hereinafter referred to as “the Office”) concerning the oligopoly markets and consequently evaluate need and efficiency of the Office activities on the protection of competition.
