Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma biopotravin z legislativního hlediska v České republice a Evropské Unii. V práci je popsána charakteristika ekologického zemědělství a biopotravin. Dále popisuje podmínky jejich značení, subjekty zabývající se jejich kontrolou, výrobu a distribuci biopotravin do tržní sítě.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is oriented on organic food from the Czech and European legislative point. There is described the characteristic of organic farming and organic food. It describes also the conditions of their markings, the bodies to control the production and distribution of organic products to the market.
