Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice rodičovské zodpovědnosti a sociální práci při předcházení či řešení problémů se zbavením rodičovské zodpovědnosti. Práce začíná úvodem a je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretickém oddílu je nejprve rozpracována kapitola věnovaná rodině, jsou zde vymezeny definice stěžejních pojmů dotýkající se uvedené problematiky jako je rodina, rodičovství, vztahy v rodině, vztahy mezi rodiči a dětmi, význam rodiny, potřeby dítěte a rizikové situace v rodině. V následujících dvou kapitolách je objasněn fenomén rodičovská zodpovědnost, zásahy do rodiny ze strany státu a důvody vedoucí ke zbavení rodičovské zodpovědnosti. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována sociální práci s rodinou v rámci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, sanaci rodiny a mediaci. Na teoretické poznatky navazuje výzkumná část, kde je provedena analýza možností práce sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí s rodinami, u kterých hrozí, nebo již došlo ke zbavení rodičovské zodpovědnosti. Data byla získána pomocí kvalitativní metody sběru dat. Výzkumný vzorek zahrnuje osm respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že největší podíl práce s rodinami, kde hrozí, nebo již došlo ke zbavení rodičovské zodpovědnosti, spočívá na vysvětlování rodině, co jim zbavení rodičovské zodpovědnosti přinese, jaká jsou jejich práva a povinnosti, pomoci jim se zorientovat v nastalé situaci a předávání adekvátních informací.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis focuses on the issues connected with the parental responsibility and social works, on their application in prevention and solutions of the problems concerning parental responsibility. It is divided into introduction, theoretical and practical parts. Its theoretical part contains a chapter dealing with the themes concerning family and describing the main terms, such as the family, the parenthood, the family relationships, the relationships between parents and children and the importance of the family as a unit, children´s needs and dangerous situations in families. The topics of the next two chapters are the phenomenon of the parental responsibility, state intervention into serious family issues and the reasons leading to the removal of the parental responsibility. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses in particular on the themes concerning the social work in terms of cooperation with the families, its function as a socio-legal protection of children and on the redevelopment of the family. The theoretical part of the Diploma thesis is followed by the practical part. It is dedicated to the analysis of the work possibilities of the social workers who are standing for the authority and dealing with the socio-legal protection of children and with families suffering from threat of the removal of parental responsibility or with the families already suffering from its consequences. The data were gathered thanks to the quantitative method which is based on the data collection. The research material includes eight respondents. And the results show that the prevailing part of the work with families, suffering from threat of the removal of parental responsibility or from its consequences, consists in the explanation of the consequences of the removal of the parental responsibility, subsequently in the presentation of the laws and duties parents have to respect. This work also comprises support for a family in such a situation and providing parents with sufficient amount of information.
