Abstract:

Zálohová, H. Pohled generace Z na společenskou odpovědnost firem v oblasti fast fashion. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Bakalářská práce se věnuje pohledu představitelů generace Z na společenskou odpovědnost firem v oblasti fast fashion. Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh doporučených CSR aktivit pro firmy podnikající v oblasti fast fashion. Tato doporučení budou navržena na základě vnímání společensky odpovědných aktivit u spotřebitelů generace Z. V literární rešerši jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související se zkoumanou tématikou. Výsledková část se zaměřuje na generaci Z, konkrétně na spotřební chování a postoj k aktivitám společenské odpovědnosti firem v souvislosti s fast fashion. Byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum ve formě dotazníkového šetření, na jehož základě jsou v závěrečné části práce navrženy konkrétní CSR aktivity pro firmy působící v odvětví fast fashion.

Zálohová, H. The view of generation Z on corporate social responsibility in the field of fast fashion. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. The bachelor thesis deals with the view of representatives of the generation Z on the social responsibility of companies in the field of fast fashion. The aim of the work is to create a proposal of recommended CSR activities for companies conducting business in the field of fast fashion. These recommendations will be designed based on the perception of CSR activities among consumers of generation Z. The literature search defines the basic concepts related to the study of topics. The result part focuses on Generation Z. The behaviour and attitude to CSR in connection with fast fashion. Quantitative research was performed in form of questionnaire survey was conducted. Specific CSR activities for companies operating in the field of fast fashion are proposed in the final part of the work.
