Controlling under the conditions of the K2 information system

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na praktické využití controllingu v podniku Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko, s.r.o. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy a význam controllingu, zabývá se jeho účelem a cílem, funkcemi,definuje jeho uživatele, popisuje jeho jednotlivé metody a způsoby aplikace metod do praxe. Praktická část bakalářské práce vychází ze získaných teoretických poznatků. Popisuje možnosti praktických aplikací controllingu s akcentem na nákladovou a finanční oblast. Pozornost je soustředěna na controlling v informačním systému K2.

Abstract:

this bachalor piece of work is focused on the practical use of the controlling in the company Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko,s.r.o. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and menaing of the controlling, it deals with its purpose and aim, with funtions, it defines its users, describes its particular methods and the wals of the application of the methods into the practice. The practical part comes from the gained theoretical knowledge. It describes the possibilities of the practical applications of the controlling with the special focus on the cost and financial areas. The attention is drawn on the controlling in the K2 information system.
