Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečnostní politikou společenství vlastníků jednotek. Zaměřuje se na druhy hrozeb a zabezpečení objektu proti nim. V práci jsou vymezené pojmy společenství vlastníků jednotek a popsány vybrané možnosti ochrany bytových domů. Součástí práce je zhodnocení bezpečnostní politiky vybraného společenství vlastníků jednotek, a navržení nové.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the security policy of the community of apartment unit owners. It focuses on the types of threats and securing the object against them. The work defines the concepts of the community of apartment unit owners and describes selected options for the protection of apartment buildings.
