Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá činností evropského a českého ombudsmana. Jejím cílem je porovnání aktivit obou veřejných ochránců práv s důrazem na rozlišování mezi dobrou a špatnou správní praxí. Poslední část se zaměřuje na analýzu vybraných případů.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the activities of ombudsman in the EU and in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to compare the activities of both ombudsmen, with emphasis on the distinction between good and bad administrative practice. The last part focuses on the analysis of selected cases.
