The Use of Motivation And Stimulation in a Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice motivačních a stimulačních nástrojů v podniku. Jejím cílem je analýza systému odměňování firmy backaldrin s.r.o., vyhodnocení účinnosti tohoto systému z hlediska pracovní motivace a navržení jeho případných zlepšení včetně zhodnocení ekonomických dopadů navrhovaných řešení. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, věnuje se nejznámějším motivačním teoriím a zaměřuje se na druhy mzdových forem při hodnocení zaměstnanců, zejména obchodních zástupců. Praktická část využívá popsané teoretické poznatky, obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku firmy, popis a analýzu současného systému odměňování podniku a provedený empirický výzkum. Na základě získaných skutečností je provedeno vyhodnocení a jsou navrženy změny v provizním systému odměňování obchodních zástupců v organizaci včetně zhodnocení jejich ekonomického dopadu.

Abstract:

Present bachelor‘s graduation thesis deals with motivation and stimulation tools in a company. It aims firstly at analyzing the remuneration system in the company backaldrin s.r.o., secondly at evaluating its operation and efficiency from the point of view of productivity motivation, thirdly at suggesting possible improvements of the current system and fourthly and finally at assessing the economic impact of the suggested solutions. The theoretical part defines fundamental terms from the HR management area, deals with the most relevant motivational theories and focuses on specific types of wage forms. Practical part uses the previously described theoretical terms. Moreover, it includes: a brief description of the business entity, an analysis of the current remuneration system in the company and furthermore an empirical research carried out thereof. Based on the information collected and described, its evaluation will be taken and recommendations of possible changes of the remuneration commission system of sales representatives in the company will be suggested as well as their impact will be assessed.
