Fundraising and financial resources for NGO Theatr ludem

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou neziskového sektoru, financování neziskových organizací, fundraisingem, fundraisingovým plánem a jeho podstatnými náležitostmi, pojmem dobrovolnictví. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, teoretické části, jsou popsány hlavní definice fundraisingu, kdo je fundraiser, co je to fundraisingový plán a jeho hlavní náležitosti, různé techniky fundraisingu. Práce se dále zabývá základními zdroji financování neziskových organizací a pojmem poslání jako jedním ze základních kamenů každé neziskové organizace. Druhá část je prakticky zaměřena na vypracování fundraisingového plánu pro občanské sdružení THeatr ludem. Je zde popsána stávající finanční a ekonomická situace sdružení, poslání sdružení a dále jsou zde navrhnuta možná řešení pro zefektivnění činnosti občanského sdružení THeatr ludem.

Abstract:

The bachelor paper deals with the problems of non-profit sector, its financing and the question of volunteerism. It also concentrates on the problems of fundraising, on fundraising plan and its necessities. The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part defines the most important definitions of fundraising, such as fundraiser, fundraising plan and its essentials and it discuss different fundraising methods. The thesis also focuses on the basic financial sources of non-profit organizations and on mission as a foundation-stone of non-profit organizations. The second part deals with a development of fundraising plan for particular non-profit association THeatr ludem. It describes the current financial and economic situation of the association and its mission. In the end of the second part there are suggested some solutions for increasing the efficiency of the association?s functioning.
