Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Podmínky uplatnění nároku na náhradu škody v rámci Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. V úvodu jsem se věnovala Vídeňské úmluvě samotné. Poté jsem zkráceně nastínila práva a povinnosti prodávajícího a kupujícího, protože právě porušení/nesplnění jednotlivých povinností slouží jako podnět k uplatnění nároků plynoucích z úmluvy. Bachelor thesis deals with the issue in terms of a claim for damages under the UN Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
