The Issue of Juvenile Criminality in Pardubice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se kriminality mládeže, dále se zabývám socializačními faktory působícími na mládež. V další kapitole se věnuji tématu chudoby v rodinách, je zde rozebrán koncept kultury chudoby. Součástí je také kapitola o "romské kriminalitě". Další část teoretické části se věnuje sociální kontrole a trestům, které hrozí delikventní mládeži. Praktická část zjišťuje, prostřednictvím rozhovorů, jak tuto problematiku vidí odborníci, kteří se touto problematikou zabývají, a jak souvisí chudoba v rodině s kriminalitou mládeže.

Abstract:

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the beginning of the theoretical part, there are basic concepts regarding juvenile delinquency and socialization factors affecting on youth. In the next charter I am pushing ahead on subject of poverty in famalies, where is analyzed concept of culture od poverty. There is also charter about "Roma criminality". In the next part of theory is about social control and penalization impending to deliquent youth. The practice part is finds out through the interview, how can professional see that issue and how the poverty in family relates with juvenily deliquency.
