Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má za cíl zhodnotit a porovnat hlavní regulatorní faktory, které ovlivnily vývoj stavebního spoření v České republice. Jde hlavně o změny ve výši státní podpory, dobu spoření a zdanění výnosu, které výrazným způsobem ovlivnily chování vkladatelů. Zjištěné závěry z hlediska výnosnosti byly následně porovnány s alternativními spořícími produkty nabízenými v ČR a se stavebním spořením na Slovensku. Zjistila jsem, že stavební spoření v ČR je stále výhodným spořícím produktem. I po reformách, ve srovnání s jinými spořícími produkty, přináší klientům ochotným spořit delší dobu, výhodné zhodnocení finančních prostředků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis aims to evaluate and compare the main regulatory factors that have influenced the development of building society in the Czech Republic. It mainly concerns the changes in the amount of the state support for savings and tax revenues, which have significantly influenced the behavior of depositors. Conclusions found regarding the rate of profit were eventually compared to the alternative saving products offered in the CR as well as the building savings in Slovakia. I have come to the conclusion that budiling savings in the CR are still a convenient saving product. Even after the implementation of reforms, in comparison to other saving products, it brings to clients willing to save for a longer period of time, profitable appreciation of financial means.

Bakalárska práca má za cieľ zhodnotiť a porovnať hlavné regulatórne faktory, ktoré ovplyvnili vývoj stavebného sporenia v Českej republike. Ide hlavne o zmeny vo výške štátnej podpory, dobu sporenia a zdanenie výnosu, ktoré výrazným spôsobom ovplyvnili správanie vkladateľov. Zistené závery z hľadiska výnosnosti boli následne porovnané s alternatívnymi sporiacimi produktmi ponúkanými v ČR a so stavebným sporením na Slovensku. Zistila som, že stavebné sporenie v ČR je stále výhodným sporiacim produktom. Aj po reformách, v porovnaní s inými sporiacimi produktmi, prináša klientom ochotným sporiť dlhšiu dobu, výhodné zhodnotenie finančných prostriedkov.
