Abstract:

Anotace Jílek Jan : Probační a mediační služba ve vztahu k mladistvým delikventům v kraji Vysočina, diplomová práce, Brno, MU 2006, 116 str. V práci jsou uvedeny teoretická a filozofická východiska týkající se činnosti Probační a mediační služby ČR ve vztahu k mladistvým delikventům, zejména specifický přístup k mladistvým pachatelům trestné činnosti s cílem využití nástrojů Probační a mediační služby tak, aby v maximální míře pozitivně ovlivnily psychosociální vývoj mladistvého pachatele a umožnily tak, integraci mladistvého pachatele trestné činnosti zpět do společnosti, tj. jeho respekt k právu a budoucí život bez dalšího porušování zákona. Dále pak jsou v práci uvedeny specifika trestné činnosti mládeže s poukazem na možné příčiny protiprávního chování mladistvých.

Abstract:

Synopsi Jilek Jan : Probation and Mediation Services of the Czech Republic relying to the deliquency of the yought in the Vysocina Region, Dissertation, Brno, Masaryk University 2006, 116 side. In the Dissertation are mentioned theoretical and philosophical bases concerned to the activity of Probation and Mediation Services of the Czech Republic relying to the young criminals, in particular specific access to the young criminals with the view of the best possible utilization of instruments of Probation and Mediation Services of the Czech Republic for the maxumim possible positive influence on psychosocial development of the young criminal to permit integration of this young criminal back to the community, that is his respekt to legal system and his future life without further violation of law. Furthermore are there in Dissertation introducted specifications of the criminal activity of youth with respect on possible causes of this criminal activity.
