Plan of the Evacutation of the Population in the Emergency Planning Zone of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Plán evakuace obyvatelstva v zóně havarijního plánování Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá stručnou historií vývoje ochrany obyvatelstva, právním rámcem a základními pojmy vztahujícími se k dané problematice. Dále jsou zde rozebrána současná opatření ochrany obyvatelstva. Závěr teoretické práce je věnován problematice evakuace. Praktická část se věnuje představení Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany, havarijnímu plánováním a dále popisem zóny havarijního plánování. Jsou zde zmíněny cvičení ZÓNA, která se uskutečnila na Jaderné elektrárně Dukovany a stručný popis a princip jodové profylaxe. V závěru praktické části práce je zmapována aktuální situace ve vybraných obcích a navržena vhodná opatření ke zlepšení aktuálního stavu.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the Plan of the Evacuation of the population in the emergency planning zone of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. The work consists of two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with a brief history of the development of population protection, the legal framework and basic terms related to the given issue. Furthermore, current measures to protect the population are discussed here. The conclusion of the theoretical work is dedicated to the issue of evacuation. The practical part is dedicated to the presentation of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant, emergency planning and a description of the emergency planning zone. The ZONA exercise, which took place at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant is described and also there is a brief description and principle od iodine prophylaxis. At the end of the practical part of the work, is mapped the current situation in selected municipalities and suggested suitable measures of improvement the current situation.
