Abstract:
Karcinom prsu je nejčastějším nádorovým onemocněním u žen. V ČR je ročně zjištěno více než 6 000 nových případů. Základem úspěšné léčby je včasná diagnóza. Během chirurgické léčby karcinomu se provádí peroperační vyšetření sentinelové uzliny. Vzorky jsou barveny pomocí HE, barvení bohužel není průkazné na 100 %. Abstract:
Breast carcinoma is the most common type of cancer in females. There are more than 6000 new cases diagnosed in the Czech Republic every year. An early diagnosis is essential for a successful treatment. During a surgical treatment of a carcinoma, a perioperative biopsy of sentinel lymph node is used.
