V diplomové práci řeším personální otázky v socálních pobytových službách. Zabývám se možnostmi řešení, kterak poskytovat služby co nejkvalitnější v daném oboru. V teoretické části se se zabývám převážně tématy jako jsou základní pojmy personalistiky, sociální práce, získávání zaměstnanců a odměňování zaměstnanců. In my diploma thesis, I solve personnel issues in social residential services. I deal with the possibilities of solutions to provide the highest quality services in the given field. In the theoretical part, I mainly deal with topics such as the basic concepts of HR, social work, hiring employees and rewarding employees.
