Bakalářská práce pojednává především o kompetencích učitelky mateřské školy. Teoretická část popisuje dovednosti, které jsou v dnešní době pro učitelku nezbytné. Hlouběji se práce zabývá sebereflektivní kompetencí, bez které by učitelka nemohla tyto dovednosti hodnotit.
