Metabolic parameters and physical fitness in obese patients
Abstract:
Cílem této studie je zhodnotit úroveň tělesné zdatnosti a její vztah k metabolickým a antropometrickým parametrům u obézních pacientů a vliv 12 týdenní pohybové léčby na parametry antropometrické, metabolické a tělesné zdatnosti. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of physical fitness and its relationship to metabolic and anthropometric parameters in obese patients. We found out the significant inverse correlation between BMI, waist circumference and percentage of body fat and physical fitness as well as between physical fitness and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol.
