Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem u exponovaných pozic. Teoretická část je zaměřena na podrobnějším seznámení se se stresem a tyto znalosti se dále využívají v praktické části. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena hlavně na pracovní stres, který zkoumá na vybraném vzorku 5 pracovníků strojírenské firmy. The bachelor thesis is focused on the stress on the exposed positions. The theoretical part is focused on a more detailed acquaintance with stress and this knowledge is further used in the practical part. The bachelor's thesis is focused mainly on work stress, which examines a selected sample of 5 employees of an engineering company.
