Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika rozvoje lidských zdrojů, především pak kariérního rozvoje zaměstnanců. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé způsoby formování pracovní síly a otázky motivace, jsou zde popsány faktory, které kariérní rozvoj zaměstnance podmiňují.
