Tato práce se zaměřuje na novelu zákona o ochraně spotřebitele, která nabyla účinnosti na začátku roku 2023. Významným aspektem je e-shopové prostředí a e-commerce trh, kde se setkávají spotřebitelé a prodávající. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the Amendment to the Consumer Protection Act, which came into force at the beginning of 2023. An important aspect is the e-shopping environment and the e-commerce market where consumers and sellers meet.
