Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Analýza přístupu bank ke klientům“ je analyzovat nejproblematičtější místa v oblasti přístupu bank ke klientům se zaměřením zda a nakolik je celková spokojenost klienta ovlivněna bankovními poplatky. V úvodu práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které se vážou k této problematice, jako je např. banka, bankovní klient, bankovní poplatky a pojmy, které popisují základní stavební prvky vztahu klienta ke své bance. Následně jsou zde popsány teoretické poznatky, které se vztahují k tématu práce, jako je například řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM) či různé způsoby, kterými se dá měřit spokojenost bankovního klienta. V poslední části práce je ukázka praktických výzkumů na téma spokojenost bankovního klienta včetně vlastního výzkumu autora, které jsou navzájem srovnány a následně vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Analysis of approach of banks to clients” is analysis of the most problematic places in the area of approach of banks to clients. The objective of thesis is to describe the problems and determine whether and to what extent is the total satisfaction of the client affected by bank charges. In the introduction of the thesis are defined basic terms that binds to this problematic, such as bank, bank client, bank charges and terms that are describing basic elements of the client´s relationship to bank. Subsequently there are described theoretical findings related to the topic of thesis, such as customer’s relationship management and various ways of measuring the satisfaction of the bank client. In the last part there is a demonstration of practical research of the bank client satisfaction, including the author´s own research, which are compared to each other and then evaluated.
