Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv organizační kultury na pracovní výkonnost a motivovanost zaměstnanců vybrané organizace. Cílem práce je odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaký vliv má organizační kultura vybrané organizace na motivovanost a pracovní výkonnost zaměstnanců? V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen se základními teoretickými koncepty – organizační kulturou, pracovní výkonností, motivovaností a spokojeností. V analytické části jsou sepsány výsledky výzkumu pomocí metod dotazníkového šetření a skupinového rozhovoru. Poslední část práce má za cíl shrnout výsledky provedených výzkumů, odpovědět na hlavní a dílčí výzkumné otázky a poskytnout návrh řešení na zlepšení organizační kultury a výkonnosti organizace.

Abstract:

The interest of the bachelor thesis is to research the influence of the organizational culture on the working performance and the motivation of the employees of the chosen company. The main aim of this thesis is to answer the research question: “How does the organizational culture affect the motivation and the working performance of the employees of the chosen company?” The theoretical part introduces the basic theoretical concepts such as organizational culture, working performance, motivation and satisfaction. The following analytical section describes the results of the research completed with the usage of a survey and a group interview. The final part includes the summarisation of the effects described earlier; it answers the research question as well as the questions brought up during the research. Also, the suggestion of a solution improving the organizational culture and its outputs are included in the final part.
