Abstract:

Anotace: Interkulturní řízení v konkrétní organizaci. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2014. Celkový počet stran: 58 stránek. Práce analyzuje hlavní trendy v interkulturním řízení a přístup k rozmanitosti obchodních kultur v Evropě - jako příklad poslouží kadeřnictví E. E. Hair. Cílem této práce je analýza hlavních rysů evropských podnikatelských kultur, řízení a jejich klasifikace, a předložení návrhu na řešení mezikulturních konfliktů v kadeřnictví E. E. Hair. Předmětem výzkumu jsou zaměstnanci E. E. Hair. Úkolem zvoleného téma je popsat schopnost komunikovat s jinými národy, respektovat jejich zvyky, tradice a zákony. Znalost dalších národních kulturních charakteristik je nezbytná pro provozování úspěšné obchodní spolupráce a posílení mezikulturních obchodních kontaktů. Byl použit sběr a zpracování informací o týmu E. E. Hair a aplikovaní základu interkulturního managementu. Byla také analyzována práce kolektivu, sociálních a pracovní vztahy. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část charakterizuje vznik interkulturního managementů a jeho modely. Druhá část je analytická a zabývá se mezikulturním řízením v podnikání v Evropě, příkladem je pražské kadeřnictví E. E.Hair. Ve třetí navrhované části jsou navržena zlepšení interkulturního managementu v organizaci a doporučení pro řešení mezikulturních konfliktů.

Abstract: The work analyzes the main trends in intercultural management and access to the diversity of business cultures in Europe - as an example hairdresser E. E. Hair. Th eaim of this work is to study the main features of European business cultures, management and thein classifications. The subjekt of there search is employes E.E. Hair. The purpose of the study is the organizational culture of European societies and hairdresser E.E. Hair. The task of the chosen topic now a days is effective for business people who need to know about different cultures, discovert heability to communicate with other nations, rypec thein customs, traditions and laws. Knowledge of other national cultural characteristics is essential to running successful business cooperation and strengthening intercultural business contacts. He used the collection and processing of informatik about the team E.E. Hair and applied fundament also finter cultural management. It was also super vised the work of the collective, social and labor relations. The work consists of free parts. The first part is the formativ of the characteristic cross-cultural management and models. The second part deals with analysis and intercultural management business in Europe, is an example of the Prague hairdresser E.E. Hair. The third proposed area is to improve cross-cultural management in the organization and recommendations for resolving cross-cultural conflicts.
