Annotation as a form of record to the Real-Estate Register
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá poznámkou jako formou zápisu do katastru nemovitostí. Vysvětluje základní pojmy spojené s poznámkou, zkoumá právní úpravu tématu a přibližuje jednotlivé typy poznámek. Zároveň práce pojednává o možnosti obrany proti nezákonnému postupu zápisu či nastiňuje připravovanou novelu zákona o katastru nemovitostí a zákona o zápisech.
Abstract:
The work deals with the footnote as a form of land registration. It explains the basic concepts associated with the note explores the theme of the legislation and bringing different types of notes. It also discusses the possibility of work to deal with illegal registration procedure and outlines the planned amendment to the Land Registry Act and the records.
