Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nabídky povinného ručení na českém trhu. První část práce, obecná část, je zaměřena na teorii. Věnuje se zejména charakteristice a vymezení povinného ručení, jeho historii a legislativě, České kanceláři pojistitelů a podmínkám pro sjednání či zánik povinného ručení. Druhá část je aplikační. The bachelor dissertation deals with Czech market supply of property damage liability. The first part of the dissertation -- general part -- focuses on theory.
