Práce je věnována studiu a popisu metod umožňujících stanovení materiálových parametrů tenkých vrstev, jako jsou např. tvrdost, elastický modul, vnitřní pnutí, adheze vrstev k substrátům, otěruvzdornost, koeficient tření, lomovou houževnatost, atd a to včetně historického vývoje. In this thesis we will describe methods, which enable the determination of mechanical properties of thin films, such the hardness, elastic modulus, internal stress, adhesion of the films to the substrates, wear resistance, friction coefficient, fracture toughness, etc. Also we will look into history of measuring mechanical properties.
