Tato bakalářská práce popisuje aktivity barmské menšiny na území České republiky a to zejména politického a kulturního charakteru. Na základě konceptu diaspor kategorizuje barmskou komunitu v České republice. K provedení tohoto úkolu užívá kvalitativního výzkumu mezi jejími příslušníky. This bachelor thesis describes the activities of burmese minority in the Czech Republic, especially taking into consideration those of political and cultural character. Based on the concept of diasporas and using the methods of qualitative research, the work identifies the type of such community.
