Abstract:

Základním tématem práce je zaměření se na problematiku svobody z politicko ? filosofického hlediska u francouzského myslitele Jeana-Jacquesa Rousseaua. Výchozí dílo pro danou problematiku je Rousseauovo dílo O společenské smlouvě neboli o zásadách státního práva. Práce se postupně zaměřuje a probírá jednotlivé pojmy, které se svobodou souvisí. Mezi tyto pojmy patří politická filosofie, obecná vůle, společenská smlouva, rovnost a nezávislost. Postupně se tím tedy práce dostává k samotnému pojmu svoboda. Záměrem a cílem této bakalářské práce je interpretace pojmu svoboda, která se uskutečňuje skrze obecnou vůli.

Abstract:

The main topic of this thesis is a focus on problems of freedom from a political-philosophical point of view of French thinker Jean-Jacques Rousseau. The initial publication for the given problems is a Rousseau?s publication The Social Contract, or Principles of Political Right (1762). The thesis subsequently aimsed and goes through particular terms related to the freedom. Political philosophy, common will, social contract, equality and independence belong to this terms. The thesis gradually comes to the term freedom itself. An intention and aim of this bachelor thesis is an interpretation of the term freedom which is realized through the common will.
